Fun Finds! Houston Wedding Planner

Recently, I've seen lots of unique ideas & little touches at my events. Thought I'd share a few:

Looking for an alternative to the traditional ring bearer pillow? Here's a unique little heirloom piece that is the perfect size for little hands (careful though, these are breakable since they are ceramic). It's a RING BEARER BOWL! Plus it can be personalized with your name and wedding date (or another special quotation or saying). And it makes for one beautiful photo op as well!
You can find these adorable gems online at Paloma's Nest, handcrafted by Texas artist/designer Caroline Colom Vasquez.

Most all couples have special toasting flutes for the bride & groom, but why not honor those also GIVING the toasts, as well.
Here is a unique set of etched glass toasting flutes manufactured by Marquis by Waterford . A nice keepsake!
Set of 6 flutes can be purchased online here.

Looking for a way to quickly liven up those many votive candles? Transform them into little miniature luminaries with these vellum sleeves! Quick, easy...and pretty, too!
These Luminaria Lanterns can be purchased here. There are 3 different varieties to choose from & they are flame retardant.

Or if you're inclined (and have the urge to get crafty), you might try making something similar yourself. Check out these directions found at one of my favorite wedding sites, http://www.weddingbee.com/.

Gorgeous!

This picture perfectly expresses Lindsay's personality! Bright, bubbly, and always smiling!

Her nuptials took place on a crystal clear May morning at the most beautiful Ashton Gardens.

The luscious florals were perfectly put together by Fresh Blooms of Houston and were amazingly bold & beautiful, just like the bride!

Such a great day!
